EXPERIENCE

Anand rejoined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Partner and the Industrials Sector Head for the Public Equity team. He was also a member of the Public Equity team from 2001 to 2016.

Prior to rejoining Bain Capital, Anand launched SAYA Management, an industrials-focused hedge fund. Before initially joining Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director at Citigroup Asset Management and a buy-side analyst with Sanford C. Bernstein with a focus on industrial companies.

EDUCATION

Anand received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Harvard University.
